These terms govern your use of Stockman AI ("Stockman"), an AI-powered stock research assistant operated by SaveYa Tech. By using Stockman you agree to these terms.
Stockman is a publisher of general financial information and research tools. The content we provide — including AI chat and voice responses, the Stockman Score, ratings, signals, alerts, and any analysis — is impersonal, general-circulation information made available to all users on the same basis. It is not personalized investment advice and does not take into account your individual financial situation, objectives, or risk tolerance. SaveYa Tech and its personnel are not registered investment advisers, broker-dealers, financial planners, or tax professionals, and no fiduciary or advisory relationship is created by your use of the service.
The service uses artificial intelligence and large language models, which can produce output that is incomplete, outdated, biased, or factually wrong — including confidently stated information that is untrue (commonly called "hallucination"). The Stockman Score and any signals are algorithmic outputs, not guarantees. Market data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. You must independently verify any information before relying on it.
We do not guarantee any result, return, or outcome. Past performance and any historical or hypothetical results are not a guarantee of, and do not predict, future results. All investing involves risk, including the possible loss of principal. By using the service you knowingly and voluntarily assume the risks of investing and of relying on AI-generated content.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Always verify information independently before acting on it.
You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and use the service only for lawful purposes. Do not abuse, scrape, overload, reverse-engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service.
You agree not to use Stockman to violate any law or the rights of others, to send excessive automated requests, or to interfere with the operation or security of the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SaveYa Tech will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, investment losses, or trading losses, arising from your use of, or reliance on, Stockman or its output; and our total aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US $100.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SaveYa Tech from claims arising out of your use of the service or your violation of these terms.
To the extent permitted by law, any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the service will be resolved by binding individual arbitration rather than in court, and you and SaveYa Tech waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain of these limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you. This section does not deprive you of any right you cannot waive under applicable law.
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or to protect the service.
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
