Stockman AI ("Stockman", "we", "us") is an AI-powered stock research assistant operated by SaveYa Tech. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We do not sell your personal information.

Information we collect

Account information — your email address, used to sign in and secure your account.
Content you provide — the messages you send Stockman, and, when you use voice mode, the audio of what you say.
Financial information you enter — the holdings, watchlist tickers, price alerts, and notes you choose to add. This is investment tracking data you supply; we do not connect to your brokerage or access your accounts.
Usage data — basic technical information such as app interactions and error logs, used to keep the service working.

How we use your information

To provide the core service: answering your questions, tracking your portfolio and watchlist, and generating alerts and insights.
To personalize responses to the holdings and preferences you have entered.
To operate, secure, debug, and improve the app.

Third-party services that process your data

To provide the service, your content is processed by third parties under their own terms:

Anthropic (Claude) — your messages and relevant portfolio context are sent to generate AI responses.
ElevenLabs — in voice mode, your audio is processed for speech-to-text and text-to-speech.
Market data providers (e.g. Yahoo Finance, Finnhub, Alpha Vantage, Financial Modeling Prep) — used to fetch quotes and fundamentals. Ticker requests are shared with these providers; your identity is not.
Supabase — authentication and identity.

By using voice or chat features you consent to this processing. We share only what is needed to provide the feature you are using.

How we use AI

To generate responses, scores, and analysis, Stockman sends your inputs — including your chat and voice messages, questions, and any holdings, watchlist, or preferences you provide — to the third-party AI model providers listed above, which process this data on our behalf to return a result. We do not sell your personal information, and your inputs are not used by us to train public AI models. Because Stockman provides general information rather than personalized advice, we do not require or use your full financial-account details to tailor recommendations to you.

Data retention

We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account (see below), your data is removed from our database.

Your choices and rights

Delete your account — you can permanently delete your account and all associated data from within the app (Settings), which erases your holdings, watchlist, chat history, alerts, memories, and login. You may also request deletion by contacting us.
Access and correction — you can view and edit your holdings, watchlist, and profile in the app, and contact us with any request regarding your data.

Security

We use industry-standard measures including encrypted transport and per-user access controls. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.

Children

Stockman is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
